Before completing this booking form please telephone or e-mail to check availability and telephone to pay a deposit/full payment by card. We only accept debit/credit cards, there is no fee for a debit card but a credit card incurs a 2% fee.

We are unable to take a booking without payment.

Please read the terms and conditions, tick the accept box and then submit button. We will confirm receipt of your deposit/balance by email and we will post directions and keys to Seaside House two weeks prior to your holiday start date.

5. Payment
If booking earlier than 2 months before your holiday start date, please telephone
for payment of one-third of the rent. The balance payment of two thirds of the
rent plus the damage deposit is then due 2 months before the holiday start date.
For bookings made within 2 months of your holiday start date, please telephone
with the full rent together with damage deposit.

7. Declaration
I have read and accept the Booking Conditions for Seaside House. I am over 18
and wish to book the property as set out above. I agree to be held responsible for
any balance of the hire due and payable in accordance with the Booking Conditions. I agree to leave the property in a clean, tidy condition and to be responsible for any damage or breakages that might occur.
